With his very impressive win over Keith Thurman, which several fans and reporters considered as a unanimous victory, three of the top five boxing rating entities included Manny Pacquiao in their top ten ratings.

The Ring, considered as The Bible of Boxing, the most prestigious rating establishment of all, rated Pacquiao at No. 10 of the top pound-for-pound fighters.

The Transnational Boxing Rankings Board (TBRB), an all-volunteer initiative whose members are independent professional journalists, boxing historians and record keepers from around the world, rated Pacquiao at world No. 8 pound-for-pound.

BoxRec or boxrec.com, a website dedicated to updating records of professional boxers, ranked Pacquiao at No. 10 in its pound-for-pound list.
