Gleason's Gym survived Sandy and is open for Business

DUMBO, the area of Brooklyn where Gleason's Gym is located was hit very hard by the storm. Many homes and businesses have been destroyed or damaged.
The flooding approached Front Street but did not reach the gym. We did lose power, internet service and telephone service. The power was restored by Eddie Fischer, an electrician that works out at the gym, and is now one of our heroes.
Any resident of DUMBO can come to Gleason's Gym, and take a hot shower at no charge.
We are open for business at our regular hours:
Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
