Rookie Kon Knueppel breaks Charlotte Hornets three points record

Rookie Kon Knueppel, 20, broke the Charlotte Hornets record for three-pointers made, surpassing Kemba Walker on Thursday night by sinking four three-pointers in a 127-107 victory over the Phoenix Suns. He reached a total of 261 three-pointers, surpassing Walker's mark of 260 set in the 2018-19 season.
Knueppel made his NBA debut this season after being the fourth overall pick in the 2015 Draft and is averaging 18.8 points per game, shooting 43% from three-point range, along with 5.4 rebounds and 3.4 assists.
Knueppel is already considered a favorite for Rookie of the Year. In his rookie season, the player.
