PHOTOS: PACQUIAO IN CEBU FOR FRIEND WAKEE'S BIRTHDAY BASH

Thousands of local residents attended the birthday bash, said to be the biggest event that ever happened to this sleepy town located at the southern tip of Mactan island, which also served as Salud's opening salvo for his plan to run for mayor of the town. Pacquiao himself is running for reelection as congressman in Sarangani while Osme?a will try to retake the mayorship of Cebu City in the coming May 2013 elections.
Before the elections however, Pacquiao will have to settle a 4th fight with Mexican ring tactician and fellow future Hall of Famer Juan Manuel Marquez on Dec. 8 in Las Vegas. Pacquiao will leave on Oct. 16 to embark on a two-month training camp at the Wildcard Gym in Los Angeles in preparation for the fight.
