The complete cast of Team Philippines who are to see action in ALA Promotions and ABS-CBN Sports' Pinoy Pride XVII Philippines vs The World will be presented to the media this Thursday September 27 2012 at the Cebu Grand Hotel in Cebu, Philippines.
The Pinoy Pride XVII Philippines vs The World presentation headlined by the WBO World Bantamweight Championship between WBO World # 1 Bantamweight AJ "Bazooka" Banal of the Philippines vs WBO World # 2 Bantamweight Pungluang Sorsingyu of Thailand is happening at the state of the art and newly completed SM Mall of Asia ARENA on October 20, 2012.
This mega boxing event will showcase 5 different fighters with 5 different nationalities going up against our Filipino fighters will likewise feature 3 championship fights.?
IBF World who will be trading mitts with# 4 Rey "Boom Boom" Bautista will be clashing with Mexico's Daniel Diaz for the WBO International Featherweight title while the WBO International Jr. Welterweight title will be defended for the first time by Jason "'El Nino" Pagara will be trading leathers with the undefeated Miguel Antoine of Barbados.
The SM Super Malls group, SM Cinemas,the SM MOA Arena has recently tied up with ALA Promotions in promoting this multi-racial boxing-fest and tickets to the fight can be purchased in all SM Super Malls in the nations capital.
