LAS VEGAS -- Julio Cesar Chavez Jr (L) of Mexico catches Argentina's Sergio Martinez in a precarious situation in the final round of their Middleweight Title fight Saturday night at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas. Martinez won a dominant unanimous decision over Chavez Jr with scores of 117-110, 118-109, 118-109 after surviving a 12th round knockdown.
