JAPAN-BASED KOREAN MUNG-HO LEE TO CHALLENGE ROAD WARRIOR FUENTES @ HOME

Japan based Korean Mung-Ho Lee will try to do what no one has done in the last two years, to defeat and dethrone reigning OPBF Flyweight Champion Rocky ?The Road Warrior? Fuentes.

Lee W 15 (KO 5) L 1 D 0 will be banking on his ring smarts and skills to try to beat reigning champion Fuentes at the latters home soil. Lee, was mandated by the OPBF officials to face Fuentes as is the highest available ranked challenger to the crown held by the Filipino Road Warrior.

The Japanese warrior and challenger is Japans current number 6 flyweight and is looking for an upset to further his young career. Lee will be enjoying a 3.5 inches height advantage and is three years older than the Filipino Fuentes.

Although the Japanese Lee is 3 years Fuentes? senior, the Fiipino has far more ring experience as the visiting Japanse challenger.

Expected to come and support the Japanese Lee as they are sure of a Lee win is a group of 30 people from Japan who has booked flight, hotel and airline tickets for the said Pinoy Pride XVI event that will be headlined by Milan Melindo who will be defending for the first time his newly minted WBO International Flyweight belt.

The Japanese delegation is expected to stay at the Waterfront Cebu Hotel and Casino where the challenger Myung-Ho Lee is housed by ALA Promotions.

Pinoy Pride has lorded the National Sunday Daytime Ratings finishing atop of the ratings at number one for the 5th consecutive time beating regular Sunday variety showbiz programs. Pinoy Pride XV Philippines vs Mexico headlined by the Pagara-Montoya lorded over daytime shows with a 16.2% rating last August 19?s airing at ABS-CBN Channel 2.

Pinoy Pride XVI Venezuelan Invasion will be held at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino?s Pacific Grand Ballroom on the 22nd of September 2012. The Pinoy Pride series is on a mean streak now finishing at number one on Sunday National Daytime Television Ratings for the 5th consecutive event airing.
