BOBBY PACQUIAO, VELAZQUEZ ALL SET TO RUMBLE!

LAS VEGAS--The final press conference for this Thursday's Bobby Pacquiao-Hector Velazquez WBC Continental Americas superfeatherweight showdown was held today at the Monterrey Room of the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino here, with Top Rank's Bob Arum hosting the affair.
Pacquiao versus Velazquez, which will be aired by Versus Network in America and Solar Sports in the Philippines (Friday), headlines a 6-bout event at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.
"This is a fitting kick-off of the fight week," said promoter Bob Arum, before introducing the two fighters and their respective handlers.

BOBBY PACQUIAO (As translated by Greg Asuncion): I would like to thank the media and the fans, Top Rank, and Versus. "You watch out for this fight. This will be war."
HECTOR VELAZQUEZ (As translated by a Mexican friend): "If you want to be the best, you have to fight a Mexican."
The official weigh-in takes place tomorrow at 5PM, at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.
