PhilBoxing.com

ALA Promotions and ABS-CBN Sports Pinoy Pride XV: Philippines vs Mexico the Rematch goes into gear with its first Public Work-Out Session at the new SM City Consolacion tomorrow 5 PM August 3, 2012 at the Activity Center.

Boxing and sports fans from the northern part of Cebu will be given a chance to experience and observe how the future stars of Philippine boxing train and prepare for their up and coming fight dates with their opponents from Mexico.

Leading the way is redemption seeking young Filipino KO artist Jason Pagara who was out-boxed and out-punched by Mexican veteran Rosbel Montoya. This is one of the most anticipated rematches to date as Pagara was expected to win during their first outing last year and to add more to the table, both will be fighting for the vacant WBO International Light Welterweight Championship.

Also to be featured during the Pinoy Pride XV Public Work-Out Sessions is fast-rising undefeated Filipino boxing star Genesis ?Azukal? Servania who recently came off a scintillating win over tested veteran Genaro ?Poblanito? Garcia during the number 1 daytime television rated Pinoy Pride 14 last June 2 at the Resort?s World Manila?s Newport Performing Arts Theatre. Servania will be facing another Mexican spoiler in Jorge Pazos who is out to upset the 20-year old Servania.

Completing the cast of fighters for the Philippines vs Mexico triumvirate who will be present during todays work-out is the veteran Jimrex Jaca who will likewise be featured in an experience vs youth match-up against Angel Martinez.

ALA Promotions will be giving out complimentary Pinoy Pride XV SM Tickets to boxing fans and aficionados who will be taking part in the Pinoy Pride XV trivia contest during the Pinoy Pride XV Public Work-Out Sessions at the SM Consolacion today.

As part of ALA Promotions move to make tickets accessible to the general public, the country?s premier boxing promotional outfit recently came to terms with the SM Super Malls Group through SM Tickets. These will be available at SM City Cebu and Consolacion Customer Service Counters.
