Congressman Pacquiao is jamboree keynote speaker

ALABEL, Sarangani (August 1, 2012) - Congressman Manny Pacquiao addresses some 2,620 scouts at the grand opening of Eastern Mindanao Region (EMR) jamboree Wednesday, August 1, at the Capitol grandstand. EMR which covers the bigger half of Mindanao is consisted by 18 Boy Scouts of the Philippines councils namely Agusan Council, Agusan del Sur Council, Bukidnon Council, Cagayan de Oro Council, Camiguin Council, Cotabato Council, Compostela Valley Associate Council, Davao City Council, Davao del Norte Council, Davao del Sur Council, Davao Oriental Council, Gen. Santos City Council, Misamis Oriental Council, South Cotabato Council, Sultan Kudarat Council, Surigao del Norte Council, Surigao del Sur Council and host and newly-formed Sarangani Council.
