PACQUIAO-LARIOS PRE-FIGHT SPECIAL ON RPN SATURDAY

Fight fans will have a chance to size up the chances of Filipino ring idol and national treasure Manny Pacquiao against former two-time super bantamweight champion Oscar Larios when Viva Sports presents a two-hour pre-fight special at 9:00 p.m. Saturday over RPN 9 .
The special will show glimpses of Larios’ last fight against reigning world champion Israel Vasquez in which Larios lost by a third round TKO due to a cut as well as Larios and Pacquiao in training with footage courtesy of ABS-CBN, the giant Philippine broadcast network staging the blockbuster fight card along with MP Promotions.
There will also be some historic footage of Pacquiao fights as well as interviews with Pacquiao, trainer Freddie Roach, manager Shelly Finkel, Filipino trainer Buboy Fernandez and staunch supporter, Manila Mayor Lito Atienza.
The following day, Sunday, June 25 at 1:00 p.m.also over RPN 9, Viva Sports will telecast the eighth and final episode in a series titled "The Story of Manny Pacquiao?"? which has been commended for giving recent followers of Pacquiao a chance to see some of his fights when he began his career as a 16 year old.
