PUMAR'S SPECTACULAR KO WIN ON RPN

The spectacular seventh round knockout victory of undefeated Gabriel Pumar over unbeaten WBC International straw weight champion Tshepo Lefele of Soutj Africa for which Pumar earned "Boxer of the Month" honors from the Games and Amusements Board will be telecast at 9:00 p.m. Saturday over RPN 9.
In an action-packed bout, the southpaw Pumar, managed by Rex "Wakee" Salud, stunned the pro-Lefele crowd in Johannesburg and won praise from the ringside commentators for his performance.
Viva Sports was able to secure the exclusive television rights for the Philippines to replace the planned telecast of the Las Vegas fights involving ALA boys Czar Amonsot who scored an impressive victory over tough Puerto Rican Jose Reyes and Along Denoy whose bout ended in a technical draw after his opponent suffered a cut before the end of the fourth round due to an accidental headbutt.
Guilty Promotions which signed a contract with Viva Sports and
received payment of the license fee failed to cover the fights for TV claiming that it was a last minute decision since they didn't have any sponsors.
Fight fans were deprived of an exciting bout as Amonsot put on an excellent showing against a worthy opponent. Guilty Promotions apologized for their failure and promised to refund the license fee.
