TANADA OPBF TITLE FIGHTS ON IBC 13 ?THE MAIN EVENT? TONIGHT

Fight fans will get a chance to watch the two Oriental and Pacific Boxing Federation title fights of super featherweight champion Allan Tanada on ?The Main Event? at 8:00 p.m. today on IBC 13.
The first bout features Tanada?s OPBF title fight against 32 year old Japanese Rikiya Fukuhara at the Super Arena in Saitama, Japan when the hard-hitting Tanada won the title.
However, in his first title defense in the IMP Hall in Osaka, what seemed like a premature stoppage cost Tanada the title in a battle against undefeated No. 6 ranked Masao Nakamura who had a record of 11 wins, all coming by way of knockouts.
The fight tapes were graciously provided ?The Main Event? by Rommel Nazario and his assistants, longtime TV boxing analyst Moy Lainez of the weekly program ?In This Corner? and promoter Gerry Garcia.
"The Main Event"will also include an interview with Nonito "The Filipino Flash" Donaire about his much awaited WBC/WBO bantamweight title fight against Fernando "KO-chulito" Montiel on Februaru 19 in Las Vegas.
