What is expected to be in the running for fight of the year PINOY PRIDE 2: Best of the Best featuring Milan ?El Metodico? Melindo of the Philippines vs Former IBF Light Flyweight World Champion Carlos ?El Olympico? Tamara of Colombia will be aired Sunday 10:15 AM ? 12:15 NN, November 28, 2010 on ABS-CBN Channel 2.
Melindo and Tamara will be facing each other in the ring on Saturday night November 27, 2010 at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino.
Both camps have been predicting the fights outcome with Team Tamara starting with their trainer Butch Sanchez telling the media during a press conference days back.
Melindo fired back saying ?Don?t say it. Just do it.? He also added a bold statement pronouncing that his adversary Tamara will only be good for 5 rounds.
PINOY PRIDE 2: Best of the Best also features an OPBF Flyweight Title bout between OPBF Flyweight Champion Rocky Fuentes from the famed ALA Gym in Cebu vs Inthanon Sithchamuang of Thailand.
Also to be featured in the airing of the said mega boxing event are Former IBF Minimumweight World Champion Florante ?Little Pacquiao? Condes of the Philippines vs Japanese banger Kenichi Horikawa.
