Jinkee to go further into business

PhilBoxing.com

LOS ANGELES, CA (via Pera Padala) ?- Jinkee Pacquiao, the beauteous wife of People?s Champ Manny Pacquiao, is not only a known fashionista, jet setter, cover girl, and product endorser.
Just recently, She was named as one of People Asia Magazine?s ?women of style and substance.? She is also an entrepreneur, and a good one at that. Jinkee owns a franchise of Davao?s BluGre Coffee in the family?s JMP Building in General Santos City.

Jinkee, likewise, operates her own fashion store -- Jinkee?s Fashion World which carries imported items like clothes, bags and perfumes that she personally handpicked in her shopping sprees in the US. The store also sells Manny Pacquiao shirts and souvenirs.

Not many know that ?Jinkee also stands as the manager of 10 amateur boxers aspiring to be like Pacman.

Jinkee has learned her lessons about managing the family finances, so she is very careful about where she invests the People?s Champ?s hard-earned money. Manny earns millions and millions of dollars per fight, whether he wins or loses. This does not include pay-per-view cuts. Plus his local TV rights, businesses, endorsements, among others.
Jinkee has been helping Manny manage his money wisely. The pound-for-pound king is notorious for venturing into businesses and areas that he is ignorant of, and she serves as his adviser.
?It was Jinkee who advised her husband to stop producing movies after the disappointing turnout of the
Pacman-produced movie ?Anak ng Kumander? in the 2007 Metro Manila Film Festival. She also told Manny not to star in a film and just accept TV guestings.

The next business venture that Jinkee wants to go into is real estate. And her top choice is the Top Residential Developer for the first-half of 2010, as cited by Colliers International Philippines, a property research specialist.

SM Development Corporation (SMDC) is the largest residential developer in Metro Manila, both in terms of the number of units sold and the value of sales.SMDC is one of the new players in the business with the goal to provide the best home for every Filipino, an advocacy Congressman Pacquiao is also into.

SMDC established 13 residential projects just this year and plans to have more next year. SM Residences give families many reasons to smile because of their premium locations close to SM Malls, distinct characters for each community, affordable financing plans, full-sized basketball courts and
other luxury amenities.

Jinkee handpicked SMDC from among 80 other developers competing in Metro Manila. This venture is still on its planning stage, but Jinkee, this early, knows it is a good investment because she trusts the SM name which is an assurance of quality and a guarantee of completion.
