RPN AIRS ABAPO-MARZAN, BAUTISTA ARRIVAL TODAY

The RP junior welter scuffle between reigning champ Bart Abapo and challenger Rex Marzan will be telecast today, starting 1PM, over at Main Event on RPN 9.
The event, held at the jampacked CP Garcia Multi-Purpose Gym in Talibon, Bohol last December 30, headlined the "Rambolan sa Talibon" card put up by Mayor Juanario Item.
Also in today's 'Main Event' are footages of the victorious arrrival of the country's newest boxing sensation, Rey 'Boom Boom' Bautista, from his successful bout in California over Mexican Gerardo Espinoza.
The footages include his attendance at the flag-raising rites at the Manila City Hall with Mayor Lito Atienza, as well as interviews of the young boxing phenom.
Meanwhile, the Malcolm Tu?acao-Kumarnthong Pluemkamol and Rev Santillan-Kazuhiko Hidaka OPBF bouts will be aired this Saturday, Jan. 14, starting 8PM until 10PM over at IBC-13.
The event, sponsored by Hope, the Luxury Cigarettes, will be co-presented by Viva Sports and Jemah Television.
