Rocky Fuentes retains OPBF title via TKO

Breaking news ? Rocky Fuentes scored an 11th round TKO win over Shigetaka Ikehara of Japan to retain his Oriental and Pacific Boxing Federation flyweight title at the Korakuen Hall in Tokyo. This was held tonight and was Fuentes? first title defense.
ALA Promotions patriarch Antonio Aldeguer informed philboxing.com of Fuentes? second straight win on Japanese soil. He won the title last March over another Japanese, Masafumi Okubo by majority decision at the same venue.
