PBC EVENTS ON SHOWTIME & FS1 HIGHLIGHT AN ACTION-PACKED SATURDAY BOXING MARATHON.
No plans tonight? We?ve got you covered with a can?t-miss marathon of action in the ring.
A 3-site, 2-network boxing binge gets started at 6 p.m. ET / 3 p.m. PT, when a Showtime broadcast opens from London, England, with America?s youngest champion ? 22-year-old Gervonta Davis ? making the first defense of his 130-pound title against unbeaten challenger Liam Walsh.
From there, the action shifts to Washington, D.C., as a Showtime triple-header is headlined by a 126-pound title fight between undefeated Gary Russell Jr. defending his belt against Oscar Escandon. Ahead of Russell-Escandon is an interim 168-pound title fight between Andre Dirrell and Jose Uzcategui, plus a 140-pound showdown between unbeaten 2-division champion Rances Barthelemy and Kiryl Relikh.
The nightcap comes at 10 p.m. ET / 7 p.m. PT over on FS1, headed up by a sensational 168-pound title eliminator showdown between one of boxing?s top up-and-coming contenders ? David Benavidez ? and former title contender Rogelio "Porky" Medina.
Watch some of it, watch all of it, but either way, the action will not slow down at any point during a sensational Saturday of boxing!
