KOREAN CHAMP ARRIVES IN CEBU!

CEBU CITY--South Korea's Yong Sung Kim, the reigning WBO Asia Pacific light welterweight champion, hit town last Monday ready to defend his regional title in the main event of this Saturday's big card at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel.
Presented by SGG Sports Promotions, ALA Boxing Gym, BP Entertainment and Waterfront Hotel, this Saturday's event promises to be a slambang card.
Kim arrived in Cebu together with his handlers Lee Dong-Gyu and Yong Min Park.
Kim will defend his title against Thailand's Kongtoranee Por Surasak in a 12-round brawl.
The Thai fighter is slated to arrive tomorrow with his team, while the Indon fighter seeing action on the undercard planes in on Friday.
The co-main event features WBO Asia Pacific minimumweight champion Donnie Nietes defending his title against Saengpetch Sor Sakulphan in an anticipated 12-round war.
An explosive showdown for the vacant RP flyweight title takes place when ALA Boy Rocky Fuentes tangles with Wakee Salud protege Benedict Suico.
Official weigh-in is set at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel on Friday, to be supervised by WBO Asia Pacific chairman Leon Panoncillo.
