Two Filipino boxers were beaten in a big fight card in Melbourne headlined by the ten round battle between returning Danny Green and Argentina?s Roberto Bolonti at the Hisense Arena in Melbourne in a fight card staged by multi-titled Australian promoter Peter Maniatis.
Maniatis reported that the crowd of nearly 9,000 fans enjoyed a ?highly entertaining bout over six rounds? between 26 year old Filipino bantamweight Ronerex Dalut and Australia?s undefeated 24 year old Andrew Moloney who actually won by a 60-54 shutout on the scorecards of all three judges.

23 year old super bantamweight Danilo Gabisay who faced Moloney?s twin brother Jason produced fireworks as Gabisay dropped Moloney early in the fight with a powerful right hand but could not finish Moloney who rallied in a toe-to-toe, action packed bout that had the crowd on its feet before Gabisay sufferd a cut from a punch forcing referee Malcolm Bulner, a former Sri Lankan Olympic boxer to call a halt aty 2:14 of the 5th round.
With the loss Gabisay fell to 6-5 with 4 knockouts while Jason Moloney remained undefeated with a record of 4-0 with 4 knockouts.
