Everything set for Boxeo Telemundo Summer Season Opener this Friday in Kissimmee, FL PhilBoxing.com Tue, 14 Jul 2015  Miami, FL: Everything is set for the start of the Boxeo TELEMUNDO Ford Summer Season Series this Friday, July 17, 2015, at the Kissimmee Civic Center in Kissimmee, Florida. In the main event Daniel ?El Duro? Rosario of Caguas, Puerto Rico faces Aaron ?Timmy? Garcia of Guadalajara Mexico, Mexico in a bout schedule for 10 Rounds with the WBO Latino super welterweight title at stake. Rosario, (10-1-9 KO?s) has fought 3 times on the series having won two and lost one. Garcia, (14-3-1-10 KO?s) is the FECOMBOX Mexican Champion and will be making his debut in US soil. Also in action hard hitting undefeated cruiserweight Yunier Dorticos (18-0-17 KO?s) of Havana, Cuba returns to action to face Galen ?Bad Boy? Brown (40-30-25 KO?s) of St. Joseph, Missouri in a bout schedule for 10 Rounds. In separate bouts, local prospects Moises Carrasquillo, Robert Burwell, Jovan Perez, Alex ?Flash? Roman, Angel Arvelo Jr., Sahret Delgado and Edwin Alvarez will round up the card. Doors open 7:30 PM, First bell at 8:30 PM. Telemundo Network will televise the main event at 11:35 PM EST live in the US and Claro Sports will televise in Latin America. The show is being presented by Tuto Zabala, Jr., All Star Boxing, Inc. Boxeo Telemundo grew +22% in A18-49 (185K vs. 152K) and +14% in P2+ (388K vs. 339K) vs. last season and ranked as the #1 boxing program on Spanish television.  |
