TEAM CUELLO VISITS PHILIPPINE CONSULATE IN DUBAI

With just a couple of days to go before his date with destiny, Denver ?The Excitement? Cuello and Promoter Aljoe Jaro paid a courtesy call to Philippine Consul General Frank R. Cimafranca. Together with other members of Team Cuello, they talked about boxing and Cuello?s upcoming world title challenge on Friday against WBC strawweight champion Xiong Zhao Zhong of China. Consul Cimafranca, who hails from Bohol, is also an avid boxing fan and his father is a former amateur boxer. Jaro extended his invitation to watch Denver?s fight.
Jaro updated philboxing that Cuello was just two pounds over 105 on Wednesday morning and he feels he will have no problems during the official weigh-in Thursday afternoon in Dubai.
