Judgement Day: ?Bakbakan Sa Angono? FEB. 17 By Rene Bonsubre, Jr. PhilBoxing.com Sat, 16 Feb 2013  Jhonriel Ramunal of the Aljoe Jaro Boxing Stable and Festus Omonde of Uganda made the contracted weight during the official weigh-in held today at the Angono Public Market in Angono, Rizal. Ramunal stepped on the scales at 122lbs. while Omonde weighed in at 123lbs. They will fight in the main event Sunday at the Angono Sports Center. Promoter Aljoe Jaro said this fight will be an acid test for Ramunal. ?This is to prepare him for his mandatory challenge for the OPBF title possibly in April. Omonde is not an easy opponent. He has already fought in Japan and Thailand.?  For the co-main event Lionel Legada Singwangcha weighed 110lbs. and his opponent, Elbert Guardario stepped in at 111lbs.  Jomar Fajardo Singwangcha will fight Philippines no. 6 miniflyweight Roque Lauro. ?Fajardo needs to win this bout to get a ranking here in the country. I plan to make him fight for a R.P. title or Regional title possibly on the last week of March on the under card of the next fight of Denver Cuello Singwangcha.? Jaro stated in his e-mail. ?Denver?s next fight is to prepare him for his world title fight by April or June. We are waiting for the result of Zhong?s next fight in March.? Cuello is the mandatory challenger in the 105 lb division of the WBC. ?I also have a Japanese boxer, who is based here, set to make his pro debut. His name is Cyota Otsuka, a flyweight from Tokyo. He will fight a Pinoy, Stephen Sayson of the Elorde Boxing Gym.? Jaro added.  There will be a total of 70 rounds for this card: Renren Pasignahin Singwangcha (Jaro Boxing Gym) vs. .
