PS TO MARLEY-GACAL; WILL PACQUIAO GET HIS DESERVED PURSE? By Anthony 'Duljoman' Andales PhilBoxing.com Mon, 24 Sep 2007 Little Rock -- Michael Marley of Boxingconfidential.com wrote that Manny Pacquiao is not happy with his $3M purse for fighting the Baby Face Assasin. Then Gacal the "reliable" adviser of Manny challenged Michael Marley to a friendly or unfriendly fist fight because Gacal thinks Michael was being reckless of his writing. Also, Gacal thinks that Marley's writing distracts Manny's preparation. Michael Marley accepted the fistfight challenge of Gacal since he heard also that Gacal is comparing him to that of another species from the jungle. Marley then called out Gacal to fight him at this coming WBC Convention. I don't wanna see Gacal fight, first he's not a fighter, and I think he doesn't have a good stage appearance to attract audiences. He wears glasses and I dont like his hairdo and that makes whatever fight he's into more boring and uninteresting. I don't wanna see Marley fight because I'd rather see him write. He's a great one at that, even prompting trainer Roach to quip "He's my friend and favorite, and we go a long way." Boxing fans ain't interested in this fight. If they really want to fight, there is an upcoming fiesta in Sitio Vampires in Duljo, then maybe they can stage their fight right there. But a fight between the two at the WBC Convention? I'd rather tell my International referee friend Frank Garza who will attend the convention to go out and eat Balut instead. So much for that, I texted my friend who is a more cooler head and a very good writer/editor of the very famous Maxboxing.com Doug Fischer. I asked Doug if Manny is worth what Hatton will get for fighting Mayweather. Doug said that not on this fight, Barrera is coming from a loss. If he destroys Barrera on this fight then a rematch with Juan Manuel Marquez or a lightweight clash with Baby Bull Diaz, then maybe that fight will be worth $8M Doug added. Doug said that its more of the pairing to get more money. If Manny wants 8-digit payday maybe a clash with Mayweather at 140lbs. he added. As Mayweather said, whoever will fight me will get the biggest purse of their career! USAwise I think it's true. Oh!BeerTime: Nonito Donaire Sr. already bought a ticket and a hotel reservation at Hooters Hotels and Casinos at Las Vegas for the Batawang fight. We know that the Solis-Batawang fight is cancelled again (replaced by a Fernando Montiel fight) but the magnificent trainer of his world champion son did not cancel his reservations because he knows that he will be entertained by the Hooter girls... chicken wings, octobeers and real breast, I mean real chicken breast...
