NBA AFRICA GAME -- All systems go after warm welcome party

JOHANNESBURG, South Africa. After it's maiden game last August 1, 2015, the second NBA Africa Game gets underway on August 5, 2017 at the TicketPro Dome here in Johannesburg, South Africa.
The event is a follow up to the 15th edition of the Basketball Without Borders Africa basketball camp and is supported by UNICEF, the Nelson Mandela Foundation and the SOS Children's Villages Foundation.
The Team World roster is comprised of DeMarcus Cousins, Jaylen Brown, Leandro Barbosa, Andre Drummond, Courtney Lee, Rondae Hollis- Jefferson, Kyle Lowry, CJ McCollum, Kristaps Porzingis, Kemba Walker and Dirk Nowitzki,
The Team Africa roster also carries some firepower courtesy of Bismack Biyombo, Clint Capela, Luol Deng, Gorgui Dieng, Joel Embid, Serge Ibaka, Luc Mbah a Moute, Salah Mejri, Emmanuel Mudiay, Victor Oladipo, Dennis Schroder and Thabo Sefalosha,
NBA Commissioner Adam Silver is on hand for the historic game.
