Aalan Martinez Looking To Take His Career To The Next Level Against Cruz PhilBoxing.com Thu, 21 Feb 2013 February 20, 2013 - Mexico's Aalan Martinez (14-1-1, 10KOs) is preparing for the biggest opportunity of his career, a 12 round fight against the WBO's #2 ranked featherweight in the world Orlando Cruz (19-2-1, 9KOs). The bout will take place on Saturday, March 15th and it will be televised live on Telemundo from the Civic Center in Kissimmee, Florida. Martinez will enjoy a solid height and reach advantage over Cruz, but the most exciting aspect of this fight is the possibility for fireworks. This clash should live up to the mantra of styles make fights and these two fighters are capable of producing an action filled affair.
