ALA-COBRA ?TUNAY NA LAKAS? SINULOG BOXING PhilBoxing.com Sun, 20 Jan 2013  CEBU CITY-The fighters of ?ALA-Cobra Tunay na Lakas Boxing? in line with ALA Promotions? continuing tradition during the Sinulog Festival Celebration, are set to go following the official weigh-in held yesterday at the Gaisano Country Mall Veranda. All fighters made weight including ALA Gym?s rising undefeated super flyweight Albert Pagara weighing at 118 lbs. while Jilo Merlin of Iloilo City tipped the scales at 118 lbs. They will be fighting for the main event in a ten round bout for the ALA-Cobra Tunay na Lakas Boxing event Sunday January 20 6PM at the Gaisano Country Mall car park area. Also making the cut for a ten round bout are fighters Jerson Mancio of Agusan del Sur and Gerpaul Valero of Mandaue City, with Mancio at 112lbs weighing in a full pound more than opponent Valero at 111lbs. Fighting likewise for ten rounds are Jimmy Paypa of Lanao del Norte weighing 112 lbs. and Marvin Tampus of Bato Leyte weighing 119 1/2lbs. Reymund Tabogon of Misamis Oriental weighed at 112 1/2lbs while his opponent for the eight round bout Abel Gayhon of Aglayan, Malaybalay City weighed at 112 ? lbs. Other fighters are Bryan Lobitania of Tagbilaran City at 121 1/2 lbs. going against Jamjam Ungon of Bantayan Island Cebu at 123lbs; Rolando Servania of Bacolod City weighed at 112lbs. fighting against Joyjoy Formenter of Cebu City weighing 112lbs.; Ivor Lastrilla of Leyte weighed at 122lbs. going against Freddie Besande of Misamis Oriental weighing 123lbs.
