MAIN EVENT FIGHTER ANA “THE HURRICANE” JULATON (5-1-1, 1 KO’s) TO FIGHT FOR WBO SUPER BANTAMWEIGHT WORLD TITLE

San Jose, CA-- Silicon Valley Sports & Entertainment (SVS&E) and Roy Englebrecht Events have announced that famed Showtime boxing analyst Al Bernstein will return to American Metal & Iron Fight Night at the Tank to meet-and-greet with season ticket holders and boxing fans. Bernstein, who serves as the official spokesperson for the event, will be at the Tank to sign autographs and take photos with fans in attendance on Friday, December 4 at 7:30 p.m. The evening’s fight card features Ana “The Hurricane” Julaton (5-1-1, 1 KO’s) of Daly City, Calif. who will be taking on Donna “Nature Girl” Biggers (19-8-1, 16 KO’s) of Boiling Springs, South Carolina for the WBO Super Bantamweight World Title. The bout is scheduled for 10 Rounds.

In the evening’s semi-main event, American Metal & Iron Fight Night at the Tank veteran Eloy Perez (14-0-2, 3 KO’s) of Salinas will take-on Juan Santiago (11-2-1, 7 KO’s) of Denver, Colorado for the NABO Jr. Lightweight Title. Santiago replaces Arturo Quintero of San Jose, CA who was originally scheduled to fight Perez. In addition, the December 4 edition of American Metal & Iron Fight Night at the Tank will feature three additional bouts featuring fighters from around the Bay Area. A complete fight card is attached. All fighters are subject to change.

Individual tickets to American Metal & Iron Fight Night at the Tank are on sale now and are available at the HP Pavilion Ticket Office, online at www.ticketmaster.com or charge by phone at (800) 745-3000. Group tickets and discounts are available by calling (408) 977-4723 or (408) 999-5841.

On television, Al Bernstein is best known as the “voice of boxing” for ESPN and Showtime for almost 30 years, and boxing analyst for NBC at the 1992 and 1996 Olympics. His work at these networks has earned Al critical acclaim and numerous awards including induction in to the World Boxing Hall of Fame. Al is considered by many as the most recognizable and respected boxing commentator. Al has also covered major league baseball, NBA basketball, and the NFL draft for Sportscenter. In addition he has carved out a career of varied endeavors and achieved success in television, radio, movies, stage and speaking as well.

On radio Al has hosted a nationally syndicated show “Coast to Coast with Al Bernstein,” where he interviewed guests from the sports and entertainment worlds. For four years he also hosted an award winning daily show, “The Sports Party” on ESPN 920 in Las Vegas. Al frequently guests as a boxing expert on sports talk radio across the country.

Ana "The Hurricane" Julaton is the Fil-Am female fighting pride of the Philippines and is eager to be making her return to American Metal & Iron Fight Night at the Tank where just last month she captured the vacant IBA Female Super Bantamweight Championship when she defeated Kelsey Jeffries (41-10-1, 4 KO’s) of Gilroy by scoring a 10-round majority decision. In Biggers, Julaton will be facing an older and much more experienced fighter as Biggers is almost seven years older than Julaton and has more than four times the number of professional fights under her belt. Like Julaton, Biggers fought Jeffries in 2007 where she lost a 10-round unanimous decision to Jeffries for the IFBA International Female Boxers Association Featherweight Title. This will be the first time that Julaton and Biggers have fought.

Eloy “The Prince” Perez returns to HP Pavilion for the fifth time in his career. Perez last fought at the Tank on March 7, 2009 when he appeared on the undercard of a televised event that featured Gilroy native Robert “The Ghost” Guerrero. That night Perez scored a fourth-round TKO over opponent Gabe Garcia in the bout which was scheduled for six rounds.

This season American Metal & Iron Fight Night at the Tank has featured a new look to live boxing and features:

- 3 toe-to-toe 4-round bouts plus two special 10-round bouts
- Teams boxing for prize money
