Carlo Biado etched his name into the history books once again, defeating defending champion Fedor Gorst 15-13 in a gripping finale to claim his second World Pool Championship title—and become the first Filipino player to ever lift the trophy twice.

“I’m over the moon—I still can’t believe I’m a two-time World Champion. It means everything to me. I’m so proud to bring this trophy home to the Philippines.”

In collaboration with the Saudi Arabia Billiard & Snooker Federation and under the supervision of the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Sport, the 2025 World Pool Championship—the crown jewel of the World Nineball Tour—was held at the iconic Green Halls in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, from 21–26 July 2025.
