Nedal’s Promotions Returns Tomorrow Night with ‘Saturday Night Fights’ at the Newtown A.C. in Newton Township, Pennsylvania PhilBoxing.com Sat, 06 May 2023  Tomorrow night (Saturday, May 6, 2023), promoter Nedal Abuhumoud of Nedal’s Promotions returns to the Newtown A.C. in Newton Township, Pennsylvania, for a six-fight night of boxing. In the night’s eight-round main event, super lightweight contender Daiyaan Butt (13-2, 6 KOs), of Philadelphia makes his return to the ring against former Ghana Boxing Authority Lightweight Champion Benjamin “Daddy Lumba” Lamptey (13-9-2, 9 KOs) of Accra, Ghana. Tickets are priced at $45 General Admission, $125 Ringside and $175 VIP and are available HERE or by calling 609.209.5642. In the lightweight co-main event, former Spanish and EBU European Union Featherweight Champion Carlos Ramos (16-2, 10 KOs) of Madrid, Spain, via Ecuador, will face Cidra, Puerto Rico’s Emmanuel “Tito” Morales Rodriguez (10-5, 6 KOs). The undercard will feature unbeaten Camden, New Jersey, southpaw Devin Gantt (2-0, 2 KOs) taking on Puerto Rican southpaw Pedro “El Gago” Hernandez (7-14-1, 2 KOs) in a four-round super featherweight showdown; as well as a four-round super middleweight bout between Staten Island, New York, via Bar, Montenegro’s Arben Markasheviq (1-0-1, 1 KO) and Philadelphia’s Derrick Vann (4-6, 2 KOs). Opening up the action will be a six-round super featherweight battle between Camden native Carlos Rosario (8-3, 4 KOs) and Barranquilla, Colombia’s Jonathan “Popeye” Perez (40-35, 32 KOs) and a four-round super middleweight showdown between Camden’s Everlon Still (3-2, 1 KO) and Cincinatti’s Turner Williams (4-15, 3 KOs). As a special added attraction, there will be an LED Robots Show, as well as a live DJ and live music. On fight night, doors open at 6:30 pm.
