PH chess wizard Zoe Ramos to play in National Age Group Chess Championships Grandfinals

MANILA---THE Philippines’ chess wizard Zoe Ramos will head to Bulacan with hopes of improving her national ranking aside from bringing more honor for the country.
Accompanied by his coach Jose Fernando Camaya, Ramos will see action at the National Age Group Chess Championships Grandfinals slated from July 19 to 24, 2022 at the Robinsons Mall in Malolos City, Bulacan hosted by Mayor Christian Natividad.
"I will do my very best," said Ramos, a student of Sta Cruz Elementary School in Porac, Pampanga.
It shall be recalled that Ramos won the overall 10th placer in the U-12 Girls Category of the National Age Group Chess Championships semifinals last May 26 to 29, 2022 virtually held at Tornelo Platform.
Ramos is playing under the guidance of Porac, Pampanga Mayor Jaime 'Jing' Capil and Kagawad Sunday Sampang Dizon is also a Grandfinalist in this year's National Youth and School Chess Championships. Chief Arbiter is International Arbiter Reden Cruz.-Marlon Bernardino-
