Mark Arquiza to face Ky Hodgson in Australia Saturday

Fiipino boxer Mark Arquiza will face Ky Hodgson of Australia in a 4-round welterweight bout Saturday, May 28, at the Timber Yard, Port Melbourne promoted by Peter Maniatis and Punisher Promotions.
Arquiza, originally from Quezon City, now lives in Auckland, New Zealand working full time in a New Zealand gym. He has four pro fights so far with one win and three losses. Hodgson, who has eight amateur fights, is debuting as a pro. Arquiza is the favorite to win against Hodgson, according to Maniatis.
Also on the card is a fight between Mat Sheehan of Victoria vs Mitchell Whitelaw of Sydney for the vacant WBC Australasia light heavyweight title scheduled for 10 rounds.
