Worlds #1 Boxing Designer Javier Zinzun Jr. of "I Got My Own Back" Featured in Ring Magazine PhilBoxing.com Thu, 09 Sep 2021  LOS ANGELES, CA (September 9, 2021) – Javier Zinzun Jr., the worlds number one boxing designer, is making headlines by being the first designer to be featured in "The Bible of Boxing" Ring Magazine. "To be featured on the iconic pages of Ring Magazine is an honor and privilege," said Zinzun "I have put my heart and soul into this brand and I'm excited to be able to share my story with others, you can make a change at any point in your life." Zinzun is no stranger to the spotlight as he has designed the walkout robes and fight trunks for some of the fight games best, including Canelo Alvarez, Ryan Garcia, Yordenis Ugas, as well as being brought on to oversee and design in the movie Creed 2. "I have been lucky enough to work with some of the best fighters in the world and have had some of my work grace the cover of Ring Magazine, so now being featured in it feels like I am going full circle," continued Zinzun. "I have completely changed my life, and because of that I am giving every bit of myself to the sport of boxing, the success I am receiving helps me know that I am doing the right thing." For those unaware Zinzun almost lost his life to a drug overdose, that was a life-changing moment for him. That moment forced him to make a change. "When I was in the middle of overdosing, that was the first time I realized that I hadn’t accomplished anything in my life," concluded Zinzun. “A couple of days later a doctor explained to me that he knew I was an alcoholic. He said that it was now up to me to write a new story moving forward; it was up to me to find my own path. I went home, threw out all my pills, all the alcohol, and I explained to my family that I was going to be a new person going forward. " That new person would became the worlds number one boxing designer, who now is a part of the most iconic boxing moments of the current decade.
