Puerto Rican superstar Miguel Cotto weighed in at 151.6 lbs while New York native Sadam Ali stepped the scales at 153 lbs during Friday's official weighin at the Madison Square Garden for Saturday's WBO world super welterweight championship where Cotto will defend his title in what could be his farewell fight.
Cotto, 37, has a record of 45 wins and 5 losses with 33 knockouts in a career that spanned 16 years where he won world titles in the super lightweight, welterweight and super welterweight divisions.
Ali, 29, (25-1-0, 14KOs) will try to seize the opportunity to become a star by defeating the Puerto Rican legend.
