PETALCORIN AND RAKNAFA MAKE WEIGHT

Former WBA interim world junior flyweight champion Randy Petalcorin of the Philippines and two-time Indonesian Champion Oscar Rafnaka both made a 50kg (110lbs) catch weight in Melbourne.
They will fight for ten rounds tomorrow night November 10 in the fight card billed as "Ultratune Fight Night?, promoted by Peter Maniatis Events at the Malvern Town Hall.
Petalcorin (27-2-1,20KO's) is ranked by the WBO,IBF and WBO. Raknafa (13-15,5KO's) is also a former WBO Asia Pacific miniflywieght titlist who owns a win ag
Raknafa repeated what he said earlier at the weigh-in, ? I have been the distance with current WBO World Champion Kosei Tanaka and also defeated WBA World Champion Muhammed Rachman so I can handle boxers at this level?.
Petalcorin, from the Sanman Gym of Gen.Santos City, said ? I have trained hard, it?s my fourth fight in Melbourne. I really like fighting here thank you to Ultratune, Mr Sean Buckley and Promoter Peter Maniatis.?.
Promoter Peter Maniatis said he is looking forward to big fights for Petalcorin in 2018. ?Let?s get rid of the former World champion tag.?, said Maniatis.
