Usyk stops Huck to advance to Ali Trophy semi-finals

Aleksandr Usyk defeats Marco Huck via 10th round TKO and advances to the semi-finals of the World Boxing Super Series, successfully retaining his WBO World Cruiserweight title in the process.
The cruiserweight tournament's number one seed from Ukraine produced a dominant display at the Max-Schmeling-Halle in Berlin, which ended with the referee stepping in to stop Huck.
In the semi-finals, the tournament favourite Usyk will face the winner of Mairis Briedis versus Mike Perez, which takes place on September 30 in Riga, Latvia.
?Huck pushed me at the press conference in fight week and tried to get into my head, but I am cold as ice when it comes to mind games. I do the talking in the ring, and I was the better fighter. I was never really hurt and felt in control.?
?I think Briedes will beat Perez, so next man up is probably Briedes. I thank the tournament for the opportunity to unify all the belts in cruiserweight and win the Muhammad Ali Trophy. Now I am one step closer.?
Said Marco Huck: ?We were able to deliver a very good fight. I believe I hurt Usyk in the first rounds, but in the end the pressure became too much. I will now take some holiday and decide how to move on from this.?
