Budler, formally announces the fight?s officials assigned by the International boxing Federation (IBF). Referee Wesley Melton from Arizona, USA will join judges Takeo Harada (Japan), Glenn Trowbridge (Las Vegas, USA), and Carl Zappia from Perth, Western Australia while Filipino Fritz Gaston will be flying to Cebu to supervise the fight on September 16 at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino. Also featured in this triple-header is a catchweight match between WBO world light welterweight ranked #3 Jason ?El Ni?o? Pagara against former African welterweight champion Richmond Djarbeng from Ghana. For the third main bout in the rare all-Filipino IBF world bantamweight eliminator, current IBF Intercontinental champion ?Zorro? Sultan will face two-division world champion John Riel ?Quadro Alas? Casimero. The Sultan-Casimero fight will be officiated by the same IBF supervisor and judges, with referee Allen Huggins from New Jersey, USA. Completing this blockbuster card are WBC ranked #10 super fly contender ?King? Arthur Villanueva, amateur standout KJ Cataraja, Virgil ?Valiente? Vitor from Tagbilaran, Bohol, Kenneth Gentallan from Tagbilaran, Bohol, and Cebuano Jeno Macapobre.
