TANALLON, GARDE MAKE WEIGHT FOR WBF ASIA PACIFIC LIGHT FLY CHAMPIONSHIP PhilBoxing.com Sat, 11 Mar 2017  GENERAL SANTOS CITY (March 11) --- Ronnie ?Ultimate Warrior? Tanallon and Arnold Garde both made their weight today for their much-awaited championship fight for the vacant World Boxing Federation (WBF) Asia Pacific light flyweight crown tomorrow at the T?boli Municipal Gym in T?boli, South Cotabato. Tanallon (10-3-1, 2 KOs) tipped the scales at 107 lbs. while Garde (7-4-2, 3 KOs) submitted 108 lbs. It was conducted by the Games and Amusements Board (GAB) headed by Davao OIC Arlene Olondrez. Also present were WBF Supervisor Lito delos Reyes and promoter Dexter Tan?s wife Tata of Sanman Promotions. ?I can knockout him (Garde),? said 23-year old Tanallon after the official weigh-in held at the Jam?s Restobar. Garde, however, is unfazed and not afraid of Tanallon, a former Philippine Boxing Federation minimumweight champion. ?I know I can beat him,? said the 26-year old Garde, also reigning Mindanao Professional Boxing Federation (Minproba) light flyweight champion. Meanwhile, Markquil Salvana of Sanman Boxing Gym only submitted 124 lbs. while his opponent JP Macadumpis tipped heavier at 127 lbs. for their own title-fight for the vacant Philippine Boxing Federation (PBF) featherweight crown in the main supporting bout. The boxing card, dubbed as the ?T?boli Thunder 2? is presented by Sanman Promotions and sponsored by T?boli Municipal Government under Mayor Dibu Tuan. The other official weights: 8 rds. - Aries Buenavidez (112 lbs.) vs. Joey Antonio (113 lbs.) 6 rds. - Jeny Boy Boca (113 lbs.) vs. Lony Cadayday (113 lbs.) 6 rds. - Joel Lino (108 lbs.) vs. Ramil Antaran (108 lbs.) 4 rds. ?
