World Heavyweight Champion Tyson Fury To Corner Bobby Gunn Jr.

February 17 is going to be a monumental fight for several reasons. Not only will former IBA cruiser weight champion Bobby Gunn throw hands with former pound for pound king Roy Jones Jr., but up and coming star Bobby Gunn Jr. will appear on the card with his dad, and will be cornered by current world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury. This bout is stacked with future prospects and has the makings of being one of the top shows to start the year.
David Feldman Promotions handpicked the fighters for this show to ensure fans get the most for their buck.
Gunn Jr. (8-0, 6 KO) is honored to share the ring with his father on the world title on the word title fight.
"I can't wait for this opportunity to fight on such a big card, and I am confident my dad and I will both emerge from the squared circle with our hands raised," said Gunn Jr. "To top it off being cornered by Tyson Fury is a dream come true."
Gunn vs Jones Jr. has been in the making for nearly 10 years, and with two former champions with nothing left to prove, fans can expect an all out war.
"I'm coming into this fight for one reason, and that's to boot Roy on his back," said Gunn.
"It means the world to me to be able to have my son on the same card. He is a future champ, and he will make a big impact in the boxing world that night. Not to mention he has the tutelage of the heavyweight record champion Tyson Fury in his corner."
February 17 is going to be a fight for the ages, and boxing fans around the world will remember this fight.
