PACQUIAO ON 'THE MAIN EVENT' TODAY

Filipino ring idol Manny Pacquiao's initial workout at the Wild Card Gym of former business manager Rod Nazario in BF Homes, Paranaque and an interview with the boxing icon about his sudden return home will be featured on the top-rated boxing show "The Main Event" at 4:00 p.m. today, Sunday over RPN 9.
"The Main Event" which is sponsored by Tanduay, the No.1 Rhum, Philippine Amusements and Gaming Corporation and the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office is also replayed over the popular sports and entertainment cable station Viva Prime.
The program will include highlights of the two-day negotiations between the Filipino co-manger of IBF minimum weight champion Florante Condes - Aljoe Jaro - and his US based promoter Cezar Trevino of Trevino Boxing, co-manager Dante Ortiz and former world champion and trainer Morris East.
The meeting was presided over by Games & Amusements Board chairman Eric Buhain.
In the featured fight promising Raymund "Foreman" Sermona battles veteran Roberto Moreno in a fight card staged at the Elorde Sports Center along Sucat Road, Paranaque.
