CEBU CITY: Following back to back defeats including a last-minute forfeiture the University of San Jose Recoletos Jaguars vented their frustrations on a hapless Cebu Institute of Technology Wildcats squad with a 102-71 rout in the on-going Cebu Schools Athletic Association Inc., (CESAFI) basketball tournament at the Cebu Coliseum on Tuesday.

Lanky Kevin Villafranca was joined by Ralph Dinolan in sparking the Jaguars second half blitz with Villafranca?s 24 points and big 14 rebounds to go along with 5 steals and 2 blocks earning him the ?Best Player of the Game? honors from TV panelists Rico Navarro and Sandi Grumo in the game telecast at 7:00 p.m. over a resurgent IBC 13.
