Boxer Victor Ortiz -- Mayweather Chose Berto?!? ... 'That's Embarrassing, Bro'

TMZ SPORTS -- The Mayweather vs. Berto fight is gonna SUUUUUCCKKK ... so claims boxer Victor Ortiz -- who says the match is "embarrassing" and both fighters need to retire.
Ortiz was out in NYC getting ready to attend the premiere of his new boxing flick "Southpaw" -- when he went off on both Floyd and Andre Berto ... saying the matchup was a disgrace to the sport.
"I have no respect for that," Ortiz said.
Victor -- who fought (and was beat by) Mayweather in 2011 -- did have one suggestion for Floyd ... drop Berto and swap him in instead.
"Gimme some kind of a chance to redeem myself."
