NBA -- Warriors snap Rockets' 8-game streak

SAN FRANCISCO -- Stephen Curry's lay-up with 3.2 seconds left in regulation gave the Golden State Warriors a new lease on life, beating the Houston Rockets, 102-99, Thursday night.
Curry finished with 25 and six assists while David Lee added 28 points and 14 boards as the Warriors won their second game in two nights at the Oracle Arena. After snapping Houston's eight-game winning streak, the Warriors improved to 33-22.
Klay Thompson and Andre Iguodala combined for 23 points to help Golden State's cause.
James Harden unleashed a game-high 39 points but he missed an open 3 that could have given the Rockets the outright victory.
Center Dwight Howard tallied 11 points and 21 rebounds but the former Laker missed nine of 13 field goals. Chandler Parsons registered 21 for Houston, which fell to 37-18 in the standings. (RM)
