The calendar of activities for the PLDT-ABAP National Amateur Boxing Championships 2013 are the following:
February 17
6:00 AM - 2:00 PM - Arrival of Participating Teams and Accreditation
2:00 PM - 4:00 PM - Medical Check-up and Weigh-in
5:00 PM - 5:20 PM - Managers/Coaches Meeting
5:20 PM - 6:00 PM - Draw
February 18
7:30 AM - 9:00 AM - Medical Check-up and Weigh-in
10:00 AM -11:00 AM - Referees and Judges Meeting
3:00 PM - 4:00 PM - Opening Ceremonies
4:00 PM. - Elimination Bouts
February 19
7:30 AM - 9:00 AM - Medical Check-up and Weigh-in
10:00 AM -11:00 AM - Referees and Judges Meeting
4:00 PM. - Elimination Bouts
February 20
7:30 AM - 9:00. AM - Medical Check-up and Weigh-in
10:00 AM- 11:00 AM - Referees and Judges Meeting
4:00 PM. - Quarter Final Bouts
February 21
7:30 AM - 9:00. AM - Medical Check-up and Weigh-in
10:00 AM- 11:00 AM - Referees and Judges Meeting
1:00 PM. - 3:00 PM - ABAP Elections
4:00 PM - Semi Final Bouts
February 22
7:30 AM - 9:00 AM - Medical Check-up and Weigh-in
10:00 AM - 11 AM - Referees and Judges Meeting
4:00 PM. - Final Bouts and Awarding Ceremony
February 23
Departure of Participants
The bouts will be held at the Maasin City Gymnasium to include the medical check-up and weigh-in and referees, judges and coaches meetings. The ABAP Elections will be held at Cafe Romana.
