NBA -- Avalanche of Clips threes bury Wizards, 136-104

LOS ANGELES -- The Los Angeles Clippers outscored the visting Washington Wizards by 30 points behind the arc and went to coast to an easy 136-104 victory on Sunday night at Staples Center.
Besides making 56 of 103 field goals, the Clips sank 16 of 29 triples and took control early, leading 28-20 after one quarter before ballooning it to a 20-point bubble entering the fourth quarter.
Tobias Harris finished with 22 points and 11 rebounds and led a Los Angeles charge that saw eight players score in double figures.Avery Bradley had 15 and five rebounds while Monrezl Harrell and Boban Marjanovic chipped in 13 apiece. Mike Scott, Patrick Beverly and Danilo Gallinari each had 11.
John Wall And Bradley Beal led Washington with 38 points and Jeff Green finished with 12, but no other Wizard reached double figured in points. Washington struggled mightily from the field, making only 38 of 97 shots (39.2 percent) and 5-of-27 triples (18.5 percent).
The Clippers improved their win-loss standing to 4-2 for fifth place in the Western Conference. The Wizards dropped to 1-5 and are 14th place in the Eastern Conference.
