The 21 year old Gonzalez, from Buena Park, California, had his first seven pro bouts in Mexico before plying his trade in California. Last June, he beat Filipino Jhon Gemino by unanimous decision. Three months later, Gemino would score an upset KO win over previously unbeaten Toka Kahn Clary. Duno vs Gonzalez will be for the vacant WBC Youth Intercontinental lightweight title. In an e-mail message, Duno stated that, ?I can?t wait for my USA debut on March 10. I train twice as hard for this. I want to upset Gonzalez and make a statement.?
