NBA - Bulls run past Warriors, 113-95 (Photos) By Ryan Medida PhilBoxing.com Sat, 16 Mar 2013 ![]() ORACLE ARENA - After an embarrassing performance Wednesday night at Arco Arena in Sacramento, losing to the Kings, 121-79, the Chicago Bulls came out with a vengeance Friday night and toppled the Golden State Warriors, 113-95 here in Oakland, California. Joakim Noah along and Carlos Boozer opened up the first quarter on fire and helped Chicago build a quick 10 point lead, forcing Golden State head coach Mark Jackson to call an early time out. The Warriors responded with urgency on the defensive end, and coupled with some timely scoring, they weathered the storm and got back into the game, trailing only by a point after the first quarter. But the raging Bulls were too much for the Warriors to handle. They grabbed a 10-point lead at halftime and never looked back as former Warriors guard Nate Robinson burned his old team for the second time in as many meetings this season, sealing the victory with 20 points and 7 assists. Noah added a double double effort with 16 points on 7-for-8 shooting along with 13 rebounds. Chicago Bulls put all five starters in double figures, shooting 55 percent from the field through three quarters. Luol Deng had a game high 23 points and Carlos Boozer added 21 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 steals as the struggling Bulls broke a 5 game loosing streak. Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson had an off night shooting the ball combining 5 for 22 field goals and 0 for 9 from behind the arc. "Loose balls, rebounds, screens, moving without the basketball, any way you want to measure playing with force, we failed," Golden State Warriors coach Mark Jackson said during post game interview. Jarrett Jack tallied a team high 20 points for the GSW, whose lead over the Rockets for the Western Conference 6th spot dropped to half a game with a road trip to Houston looming on Sunday.
