NBA -- Warriors bounce back, beat Bobcats, 115-100 By Ryan Medida PhilBoxing.com Sun, 23 Dec 2012 ![]() Fri. 21st of Dec. 2012 Oracle Arena, Oakland CA-- Golden State Warriors, after hitting a bump on Wednesday's game losing to Sacramento Kings, needed to regroup to get back on their winning ways... and they did just that tonight. Stephen Curry opened the first quarter with three for three shooting behind the stripe which he end up with a career high night with eight 3 pointers. David Lee put together one of his best all around performances of the season with a triple double brilliance, scoring 23 points, 11 boards and 11 assists. ?You can pencil in 20 and 10 and then sprinkle in some other stuff around the tree,? Warriors Coach Mark Jackson said of David Lee. ?He's been that good all year long. Steph was again spectacular. Those are my leaders and they are doing a great job of setting the tone.? It also got Coach Jackson to talking about All Star game. The Golden State coach said both Lee and Curry deserved consideration. The combination of the two Golden State all star caliber leaders was enough to help extend the Charlotte Bobcats loosing 14 straight games in a row. Despite a solid performance from Charlotte's tandem of Gerald Anderson and Kemba Walker who combined for 39 points, on a losing effort. Five players from the visiting Charlotte Bobcats were in double figures but lost to the Warriors for the second time in 2 weeks. The Warriors was getting quality minutes from unlikely sources mainly the two under rated centers, Andris Biedrins and Festus Ezeli who combined 5 blocks in 33 minutes. Needless to say, it was a great tune up game for the Golden State Warriors who will face a much bigger challenge tomorrow night, facing the Los Angeles Lakers in Oracle Arena.
