VILLANUEVA VS. CERNA ADDS SPICE TO PINOY PRIDE XIV

Pinoy Pride XIV featuring Donnie Nietes versus Felipe Salguero, Milan Melindo versus Jesus Geles and Genesis Servania versus Genaro Garcia has gotten more exciting as it includes undefeated Arthur "El Matador" Villanueva versus the rugged former WBO Oriental Flyweight Champion Jeffrey Cerna. This scribe has seen almost every fight of Villanueva from Bacolod up to his early fights with ALA Promotions and Cerna's upset win by dominating the more experienced Louie Bantigue in Eastwood City, August last year.
Villanueva is called El Matador because of his slick and technical fighting style but what makes him even more special is the knockout power he possesses in both hands as shown by his (W18 (KO 12) L0 D0) record. Cerna on the other hand is a relentless fighter who showed a lot of heart in his fight against Bantigue. He fights toe to toe and does not seem to know the word retreat. Villanueva who dominated but struggled against Rey Migreno in his last fight is in for a tough night.
