ALA-COBRA TUNAY NA LAKAS BOXING INVADES BOHOL PhilBoxing.com Sat, 25 Jun 2011 The dynamic partnership of ALA Promotions and Cobra Tunay na Lakas Energy Drink will once again be showcased as the ALA Cobra Tunay na Lakas Boxing invades Calape, Bohol today June 25, 2011. Headlining the professional developmental show of ALA Promotions and Cobra Energy Drink Calape, Bohol edition will be fast rising Marjhon Makahilig of Kalibo, Aklan and the Cagayan de Oro banger Allan Doronilla in a ten round non title flyweight bout. This match-up is sure to entertain the Calape folk as both fighters are known to give it all out once they step into the ring. Aklan, as Makahilig is known is coming of sensational wins over Jermie Jabel (TKO 7) and Ryan Tampus via 2nd round technical knock-out last March 26 of this year in the first ever professional boxing event in the prestine shores of Boracay Island that was also presented by ALA Promotions and Cobra Tunay na Lakas Energy Drink. Also competing in the ALA-Cobra Calape fight card is featherweight Joseph Von Minoza of Cebu against Bacolod fighter Leonard Guardiano in an eight round catch weight of 128 pounds, Pedro Balaba of Tagbilaran vs Jimmy Paypa of the Omega Boxing Gym of Cebu in a six ound bantamweight face-ff, Ivor Lastrilla of Tacloban City vs Ritchie Rosales of Bohol and Rizaldy Medel of Davao vs Jordan Catubay of the Omega Boxing Gym of Cebu. The ALA Cobra Tunay na Lakas Boxing boxing developmental events is in its fourth year of their monthly showcasing and keeping of the young and aspiring boxers of the Philippines busy with fights to further prepare them for future big time fights.
